By downloading, installing, or using Stealth Home, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Stealth Home is an Android launcher application that provides a hidden, gesture-protected secure space for apps on your Android device. The app is provided by MysticDraw.
Stealth Home offers a 30-day free trial followed by paid subscription options:
All billing is processed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required to start. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Promo codes, including our domestic safety code SAFE2025, provide free access for the stated period. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be discontinued at any time.
You agree to use Stealth Home only for lawful purposes. You may not use the app to hide apps or content that violates any applicable law, infringe on the rights of any third party, or attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app.
Stealth Home is a privacy tool designed to help users control what is visible on their Android device. It is not a safety guarantee and should not be relied upon as the sole means of protection in any dangerous or emergency situation.
If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services (911) or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. No app can substitute for professional safety planning, law enforcement, or support from a trained advocate.
MysticDraw makes no representation that Stealth Home will prevent unauthorized access to your device in all circumstances. The effectiveness of the app depends on how it is configured and used, the technical capabilities of others who may attempt to access your device, and other factors outside our control.
Stealth Home is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MysticDraw does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MysticDraw and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, emotional distress, or any harm arising from your use of or inability to use Stealth Home — even if MysticDraw has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
MysticDraw's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid MysticDraw in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty dollars ($50.00).
You expressly acknowledge that Stealth Home is a privacy tool and not a personal safety device. MysticDraw is not liable for any harm, injury, or damages that occur as a result of your reliance on this app for personal safety or security purposes.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MysticDraw and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of Stealth Home; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the app caused harm to another person.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that does not allow this choice of law, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may apply.
Your use of Stealth Home is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email where possible. Continued use of Stealth Home after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
